Hwang Do Hee works as a fixer for a very powerful Korean conglomerate Eunsung group. She is very efficient and wriggles her way out off tight spots and is currently heading the strategy team. Looking at the way she manages to fix all dirt coming from the  owners of Eunsung group, she is nicknamed as Toilet Hwang.

Oh Kyung-sook is a lawyer by profession.  She is an activist and fights for the justice of women. She wants to create a better world for poor. 

Eunsung group is led by Chairperson Son. Chairperson Son is powerful and arrogant woman who does not care for morals and is ready to use might of money to gain extra power. She believes that money can purchase anything and everything in this world. Chairperson Son had recognized the talent and brought Hwang Do Hee in Eunsung group. Her family of 2 daughters and son-in-law Baek Jae-min are epitome of greed, hatred, and selfishness. 

Hwang Do Hee crosses path with Oh Kyung Sook while Kyung Sook was protesting against Eunsung group who had removed contractual staff from work. Do Hee is ready to do anything to stop protests but she is against commiting any murder. She saves Kyung Sook in the nick of the time. When Do Hee's team member commits suicide claiming sexual harassment by Baek Jae-min, Do Hee is shaken from the roots and decides to walk away from Eunsung group.

Chairperson Son wants to make Baek Jae-min Mayor and backs him with all her might. People, money, media... no stone is left unturned. She appoints Carl Yoon as his campaign in charge. Carl Yoon is one of the biggest players in political circle.

Now that Do Hee has left Eunsung group, she wants to take revenge for her team member. She convinces Kyung Sook to participate in Mayoral elections. She might not have the might of money behind her but Do hee has the insider knowledge of their rival candidates and Kyung Sook is loved by citizens due to her honesty and social work. 

This being political drama, everyone has a secret.  Baek Jae-min and Guk Ji-yeon (woman who replaced Hwang Do Hee as head of Strategy) have a secret. Carl Yoon has a secret, Baek Jae-min's wife Eun Chae-ryeong has a secret. Her sister Eun Seo-jin has a secret. Everyone has stakes in win and defeat of Baek Jae-min.  Now this is war between money Vs principles, oppressors Vs justice, good Vs bad... There are attacks and counter attacks... Entire series revolves around Mayoral elections and revelation of secrets as the drama unfolds. Fast paced and thrilling. Must watch..
